About Me

As a dedicated and compassionate counsellor with over 15 years of experience, I am committed to supporting individuals in their journey toward improved well-being. I started my career as a Registered Nurse and went on to obtain a Master of Social Work, registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). I also have a Graduate Certificate in Counselling and a Somatic Mind and Body Practitioner Certificate. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insights, and develop effective coping strategies.

Combining social worker principles, counselling techniques and mind and body practices enables a comprehensive and integrated approach to supporting individuals' holistic wellbeing. I am committed to continuous learning and professional development to ensure that I provide the most effective and up to date care. Let's embark on a journey of well-being together.
